I use FastSpring to process all of my payments. They are a Merchant of Record handling all payments and digital downloads. I have added some detailed information here to help you with questions you may have about your orders from FastSpring.

​How will I get my downloads?
After you complete your purchase, you will be progressed to a page with a link for you to download your product(s).

You will have 7 days to download your purchase.
​
You will also receive an email from FastSpring with all of the information about your purchase, with download links for your products, a link for managing your products, information about how the charges will appear on your bill, the order reference #, and an invoice to view.
I did not receive the email with my receipt or download links. How do I get them?
​
You would have had the opportunity to download your products and print your receipt immediately after your purchase.
​
If you did not download them immediately and cannot find the emails that were sent to you, Check your Spam/Junk box if you do not see it in your inbox. Often email applications will move new emails there. You can prevent this from happening in the future by adding the store’s email address to your address book and your email application should then know to put the emails in your Inbox.

If you still cannot locate your email you can contact FastSpring's Buyer Support at: https://fastspring.com/consumer-support.
How long do I have to download my files?
​
The download links expire in 7 days.
​
To keep files secure, and decrease theft, there is a limit on how long the links are active.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection when you initiate the downloads. If you are using WIFI, or your internet speed is very slow it can interrupt the download process. This is why it is set for three tries at downloading.
What if I missed the deadline for downloading?

The time limit policy is set to keep files secure and decrease theft. You are asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions prior to purchase. Please adhere to the policies and download your files promptly after purchase.
How do I get a Receipt?
​
Once you complete your purchase you will be taken to a page with all of the download links for the products you purchased. There will be a link to the right of the page that says “Print Order”. You can print your receipt from there as well.

You will also receive an email from FastSpring with all of the information about your purchase, with download links for your products, a link for managing your products, information about how the charges will appear on your bill, the order reference #, and an invoice to view.
How do I sign into my account?

There is a Manage Your Orders link in the email your receive.
Can I return my purchase and get a refund?
​
All products in the Transformative Productions Shop are digital in nature. There is no way to insure a total return of a product. So, there are no returns or refunds.
​
There are product views, and in the case of mp3s or streaming there will be a link to the products page in the store item description that you can go to and experience a sample of the product before purchase. Check these samples out before purchasing the product so you will be fully informed.
I am a Mental Health Professional. Can I use the Forms in my office with my clients?

Yes. The copyright at the bottom of the page will note that you have permission to reproduce the form for the use in your office with your clients.

You may not share the form(s) with anyone else.
Can I share my purchases with others or use it in my website or social media?

All material on this website and store pages are the copyright of Transformative Spirit, LLC. You may use this material for your own personal use. You may not share any products with others, or post any content in any internet site, social media site or any other media site or digital format or in hard copy form. You may not use this material in conjunction with any of your own digital products. Doing so is in violation of copyright laws.
