I have always been drawn to methods of change that support the innate wisdom within to make the changes. I have studied many forms of energetic healing and am now offering frequency sessions to support change.

Frequency work can address both physical and emotional issues. Often it takes a number of sessions to have a lasting change. Sometimes it is important to make change your perspective to get a lasting change. So for some doing both Frequency work and Holistic Wellness work provides a more comprehensive change.
