How will I get my downloads?
After you complete your purchase, you will be taken to a page with:
1. The details of your order.
2. A download link for each item along with a reminder of that the download links expire in 48 hours or after 3 downloads.
3. The option to print your order.

After your purchase you will also receive an email titled “Files ready for Download” that will have links for each download you purchased.
It reads: The following files are ready for download. The download links expire in 48 hours or after 3 downloads.

You will also receive an email titled “Order Confirmation”. It shows the products that you ordered and also has links for you to be able to download the files. It includes an invoice or your order as well.

You can also Sign Into your account and the downloads are available there along with the option to print out your order.

To Sign Into your account:
1. Go to https://transformativeproductions.com.
2. Click on Store if you are not already in it.
3. Click My Account.
4. Enter your email and click “Get Sign-In Link”.
5. Go to your email and find the email.
6. Click the “Sign In” button or copy the link below the button and past it into your browser.
7. Don’t forget to sign out.
I did not receive the email with my receipt or download links. How do I get them?

You would have had the opportunity to download your products and print your receipt immediately after your purchase.

If you did not download them immediately and cannot find the emails that were sent to you, Check your Spam/Junk box. Often email applications will move new emails there. You can prevent this from happening in the future by adding the store’s email address to your address book and your email application should then know to put the emails in your Inbox.

If you still cannot find the emails you can go to your account.

How long do I have to download my files?

The download links expire in 48 hours or after 3 downloads.

To keep files secure, and decrease theft, there is a limit on how long the links are active.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection when you initiate the downloads. If you are using WIFI, or your internet speed is very slow it can interrupt the download process. This is why it is set for three tries at downloading.
What if I missed the deadline for downloading?

The time limit policy is set to keep files secure and decrease theft. You are asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions prior to purchase. Please adhere to the policies and download your files promptly after purchase.
How do I get a Receipt?

Once you complete your purchase you will be taken to a page with all of the download links for the products you purchased. There will be a link to the right of the page that says “Print Order”. You can print your receipt from there as well.

You will also receive an email titled “Order Confirmation”. It shows the products that you ordered and also has links for you to be able to download the files. It includes an invoice or your order as well.
You can also sign into your account and click “Print Order” located on the right of the page under the amount of the purchase.

Can I return my purchase and get a refund?

All products in the Transformative Productions Shop are digital in nature. There is no way to insure a total return of a product. So, there are no returns or refunds.

There are product views, and in the case of mp3s or streaming there will be a link to the products page in the store item description that you can go to and experience a sample of the product before purchase. Check these samples out before purchasing the product so you will be fully informed.
I am a Mental Health Professional. Can I use the Forms in my office with my clients?

Yes. The copyright at the bottom of the page will note that you have permission to reproduce the form for the use in your office with your clients.
