All material on this website and store pages are the copyright of Transformative Spirit, LLC. You may use this material for your own personal use. You may not share any products with others, or post any content in any internet site, social media site or any other media site or digital format or in hard copy form. You may not use this material in conjunction with any of your own digital products. Doing so is in violation of copyright laws.

Mental Health Professionals who have purchased forms for use in their practice, may use them in their practice with their clients. Note the individual copyright requirements of each form.
You may, of course, refer people to this store to purchase their own copy of the material. Referrals to this website are greatly appreciated.

Refunds/Returns

The products from the Transformative Spirit stores are digital in nature and cannot be returned or refunded.

Every effort has been made to give you enough information to make a choice to purchase a product or not. There are product views and description. Make sure you carefully look over the product information before purchasing.

In the case of mp3s, there are samples to listen before purchase. Check these samples out before purchasing the product so you will be fully informed.

There are no returns or refunds of any digital products.

Payment Processing

I use FastSpring to process all of my payments. They are a Merchant of Record handling all payments and digital downloads. I have added some detailed information here to help you with questions you may have about your orders from FastSpring.

How will I get my downloads?

After you complete your purchase, you will be progressed to a page with a link for you to download your product(s).

You will have 7 days to download your purchase.

You will also receive an email from FastSpring with all of the information about your purchase, with download links for your products, a link for managing your products, information about how the charges will appear on your bill, the order reference #, and an invoice to view.

Downloads may be in a zip file. You can do a search to find how to unzip on your device. Each operating system may have a different mechanism for unzipping zipped files.You may have to unzip on a computer first and then transfer it to a tablet or mobile phone depending on your device.

Payments

Payments for digital downloads are made through a Merchant of Record I use, FastSpring, to do all payment processing. You will see their name on your receipt along with a note of what you will see on your credit card receipt. If you have questions about your purchase or the digital downloads you will need to contact FastSpring directly since they handle all payments.

Payments for courses go through my course distribution platform. You will see this shop name, Transformative Spirit, for all courses on your credit card statement. This will eventually change when I move my courses to a new platform.

No Payments information is not stored on this website. All payments are processed by external payment services.

Tax Policy

Tax is charged depending on your location's tax laws. Tax is based on the address you use to set up your account to make a purchase.

Support

I will be checking for support inquires. Since it is only me, I will do the best I can to get back to you in a timely manner. Sometimes my schedule is very packed, mostly when teaching. Just know I am not ignoring you.
